Amy Koechlin
YOga Instructor
Amy’s yoga journey started in 2014 while on a search for support of physical and mental wellness. She had suffered postpartum depression after her second child and was determined to get back some time for herself through the busyness of motherhood. After only a year of practice, she knew she wanted to share the gift of yoga with others and sought out teacher training at Yoga on High. The yoga community in the Columbus area inspires her and she enjoys taking classes from many teachers to continue to learn and grow in her own practice. She also enjoys continuing her education through reading, workshops and additional teacher training. Amy leads class in a calm and thoughtful manner giving options to make all levels of experience feel comfortable.
